Refund & Digital Access Policy
Due to the digital and personalised nature of our products and services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, a digital product has been downloaded, or personalised report work has begun.
By purchasing a digital download, you agree to receive immediate access to the product and acknowledge that you may lose your 14-day cancellation right once the digital content has been supplied.
For personalised reports, work begins once your intake form has been submitted and reviewed. Once report preparation has started, refunds are not usually available because the service is tailored to your individual circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, not as described, inaccessible due to an issue on our side, or not delivered as promised, please contact us and we will review the issue.
